Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by T&L Tree Management. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms.

Services

T&L Tree Management offers tree surgery, garden maintenance, and associated landscaping services. Full service details will be agreed prior to commencement.

Quotations & Pricing

• All quotations are free and valid for 30 days.
• Prices include labour, machinery, and waste removal unless otherwise stated.
• Any additional work not included in the original quote will be discussed and quoted separately.
  

Booking & Cancellations

• A mutually agreed date will be set for the work.
• We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations.
• Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover lost time and planning.
  

Access & Site Conditions

• The client is responsible for providing clear access to the site.
• Please ensure the area is free from hazards, obstacles, and pet waste.
• We reserve the right to postpone work if conditions are unsafe.
  

Waste Removal

• Green waste removal is included where stated.
• Timber may be left onsite, stacked neatly, unless prior arrangements are made.
  

Insurance & Liability

• We are fully insured for public liability and employee protection.
• We are not liable for damage caused by hidden obstacles (e.g. wires, pipes) unless disclosed.
• Clients are responsible for informing us of any underground or overhead hazards.
  

Payments

• Invoices are issued upon completion.
• Payment terms are within 7 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.
• Late payments may incur interest charges as per the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act.
  

Complaints

We aim for 100% satisfaction. If you are unhappy with our service, please contact us in writing within 7 days of completion. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
